Sean DurkinDirector / DB-U - 37784Graduating his Property and Construction degree (with Honours) from the University of Melbourne in 2004 Sean worked for various large commercial contractors including Hansen Yuncken, Hooker Cockram and Probuild. He has also spent time in high end residential businesses in St Kilda and Hawthorn. In 2010 Sean attained his Domestic Building - Unlimited licence. Sean liaises with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the design and construction process. He oversees technical compliance on the sites and provides daily management of onsite trades ensuring the highest workmanship commitments are achieved. Extremely approachable and an excellent listener, no client concern or question is too big or too small. Committed to the training and development of young industry professionals Sean has also worked as a Senior Lecturer and Program Manager at RMIT for 3 years and tutored at Melbourne University for ten. | Kendra ClancyGraduating the University of Melbourne in 2002 with a Bachelor of Property and Construction (with Honours) Kendra has a background with large commercial contractors and high end home builders in Toorak. Kendra has always had a passion for sustainable design development and lifestyle. Spending a decade of her career as an Environmental Sustainability Design consultant and Project Engineer for Wood & Grieve Consultants, a member of the Green Building Council of Australia & a graduate of the Future Environmental Leadership Program, Kendra is highly capable with a reputation for hard work, high quality and honesty. At EBG Kendra focuses heavily on the early customer interface and design integrity. She provides a considered and measured approach to each project, emphasised by a logical thought process, thorough attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. She is an accredited Energy Rater with ABSA (Firstrate) and provides the sustainability advice to our projects. |
